Azelis wanted to show off the amazing connection between beauty and science. They needed something spectacular for two booths at a major Cosmetic Science event, so they came to us to bring two separate visions to life!

To give both booths a unique spotlight, we set up two incredible high-tech interactive experiences: a Live Print Mosaic and a SketchBot activation.

Activation 1: The Ultimate Live Print Photo Mosaic

For the first booth, they wanted to show how individual elements come together to create something beautiful. Guests got to see firsthand how their personal photos could become part of one giant masterpiece. Using our advanced photo mosaic software, every single guest who took a picture was instantly added to the display.

By the end of the event, the final photo mosaic was made from over 2,300 individual photos! It perfectly symbolized how many tiny details and scientific ingredients come together to make a cosmetic product.

But it wasn’t just fun to look at, it was also an exciting game. There were 10 regular prize spots and 5 super prize spots inside the mosaic. Guests were thrilled to add their photo to the mosaic and see if they won a special reward. It kept the crowd cheering and interacting with the display all day long.

Activation 2: Meet the SketchBot

For Azelis’ second booth, science and beauty clashed in the coolest way possible with our sketchbot activation. 

People at the event absolutely loved watching the robot sketch in real time. In just 15 hours of total runtime, the robot drew over 600 custom sketches! The drawings were incredibly precise, showing just how powerful modern robotics can be. To make things even more fun, some guests took their robot-drawn portraits and added colorful gems to them. This added some extra flair and personal style to the science-driven art.
