At the Deloitte Biz Conference, Deloitte wanted to do something truly special to show off their amazing “All-Star Team.” To make it happen, they set up an interactive experience right inside the conference’s Diversity and Inclusion space. The goal was to celebrate every unique individual while showing how they all fit together to create one unified team.

Picking a Persona: The Sports Stats Card 

To bring this vision to life, Picture Mosaics helped them create an interactive Ai photo mosaic. The experience was designed around a fun “sports stats card” theme. Attendees could step up and choose from 12 different sports personas to match their personality. The options included everything from baseball, football, and soccer to more unique choices like cycling, golf, hockey, racer, kayak, swimming, and volleyball.

Highlighting Shared Core Values 

It wasn’t just about picking a favorite sport. To make the cards meaningful, participants also chose one of Deloitte’s shared core values to feature on their stats card. They could choose from:

• Leads the way
• Takes care of each other
• Serves with integrity
• Collaborates for measurable impact
• Fosters inclusion

The Final Masterpiece 

As each person created their personalized sports card, their picture was added to the massive photo mosaic on display. Deloitte upped their style using the premium photo booth option, giving the entire experience a sleeker look. By the end of the event, over 3,000 individual images were brought together to create one celebratory final picture.

It was an unforgettable way to celebrate diversity, teamwork, and the shared values that make Deloitte’s team so strong. We were thrilled to be part of such a meaningful project, proving once again that while every person is unique, we create something truly beautiful when we all come together.
