For this particular project we provided the following services to help make this event a huge success:

Live mosaic creation
Photos were taken via a photobooth as color and shape analysis was performed on the fly, allowing the image to be placed in its rightful spot within seconds. The photo mosaic was built live on a large screen LCD display.
Post mosaic build video animation
Upon completion of the live build, the mosaic was optimized and a video animation was completed. The animation included a camera pan and zoom, which navigated the mosaic. This allowed those who had their photos taken to find themselves, and others, on the big screen.
