Kalahari Resorts just hit a huge milestone – 25 years of amazing family fun! To celebrate this big anniversary, they wanted something unforgettable. They teamed up with Picture Mosaics to create a giant photo mosaic mural!

Waterslides, Elephants, and Memories

Picture Mosaics helped finalize the design for this special photo mosaic artwork. They included the two things Kalahari is famous for:

• Elephants: Incorporated elephants, symbolizing strength, memory, and the resort’s authentic African theme.
• Waterslides: Their famous waterslides were seamlessly integrated, because what’s a trip to Kalahari without a big splash?

Memories from 800+ Families

The best part? This wasn’t just a picture by the resort – it was a picture by the guests! Kalahari asked their guests to send in their favorite photos from the past 25 years. More than 800 guests sent in their memories of family trips and funny moments on the slides.

Picture Mosaics took all those little photos and arranged them perfectly to build the final mural. When you stand close, you see all the tiny photos, but when you step back, they create the big picture!

Every smile and happy memory is now a tiny piece of the huge artwork, making it a true celebration of everyone who loves Kalahari. They even posted the digital version on their website for guests around the world to enjoy! You can view the digital mosaic here.
