How to use Windows XP or Windows Vista to zip up your pictures

Step 1.  Place all of your pictures in the following file structure:
(Note: "your_last_name" should actually be your last name that appears on your billing/shipping address)

Step 2.  After all the pictures are in the appropriate folders, open Windows Explorer by right clicking on the start button and left clicking on "Explore" (as shown below).

Step 3.  Find the folder that contains your pictures that you setup in Step 1.  Right click on the folder labeled with your last name (as shown below).  A pull down menu will appear.

Step 4.  Left click the "Send To" option and then left click on "Compressed (zipped) Folder."  This will 'zip' up all your pictures into one file.

Step 5.  After Windows XP is done 'zipping up' your pictures, it will place a new file named your_last_name.zip in the folder above the folder "your_last_name."  For instance, in the above example, Windows has placed the new zip file in the "mosaic" folder.  This file, your_last_name.zip, is the one you will upload to Picture Mosaics.
