| Mosaic Puzzle Sizes: |
- Medium (18"x24")
- Large (24"x32")
- Only these two sizes are offered because they are the most common
and they do yield the best viewing results for puzzle mosaics.

| Printing: |

Your mosaic is printed on heavy weight premium Epson glossypaper with UltraChrome ink. It will hold up indoors and outdoors and is rated to last more than 80 years.

After the print is complete it will go through a varnish coating to
protect it from various elements. This coat will protect it
from fingerprints and other such everyday contact.

| Print Matting: |
- The print is then matted on to a
very sturdy 1/16 inch matte board. Matte board is more durable
and fits together better then normal cardboard.
- A special glue is used to adhere the
print to the board to ensure a permanent bond. This process
takes a full day to assure a perfect matting with no bubbles

| Laser Cutting: |
- The puzzle pattern is precisely cut by a laser instead of a
puzzle press, because lasers do not leave a depression on the edge
of the pieces.
- Laser cutting allows for a better looking finished puzzles
because, the pieces lock together more seamlessly and the image lies
flat with no groves or indents.

| Shipping: |
- The mosaic puzzle will be placed in a cylindrical container with a miniature
picture of you mosaic on the outside.
- The cylinder will be then placed in protective box filled will
styrofoam to ensure safe delivery.
- The cylindrical container is approximately 7"x7".
- We offer free shipping by Priority Mail US Postal Service (USPS).

| Turn Around Time: |
- Please allow 10-14 business days from when we receive your
pictures till we ship your product.
- This process takes longer then our standard custom mosaic
process due to the matting and cutting stages.
