What This Privacy Policy Covers
Picture Mosaics takes privacy of all information and multimedia collected very seriously. This policy covers how Picture Mosaics treats personal information that we collect or receive. Personal information is data that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, phone number, or multimedia data (photos, video, etc) that is not otherwise publicly available.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Picture Mosaics does not own or control or to people that Picture Mosaics does not employ or manage.

General
• Picture Mosaics collects personal information when visitor registers on our website or a website built for a (or by) a third party client.
• When a photo or other multimedia data is submitted, we collect information such as your name and email address and any other information that is requested.
• Picture Mosaics automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, type of browser used, and the page you requested. The information from the server logs is used for general website administration, optimization, and traffic statistic analysis and is NOT matched or otherwise correlated to individual users.
• Picture Mosaics does not currently use cookies or web beacons on our websites.
• Picture Mosaics uses the information that we receive or collect solely to fulfill the requests for products and services of the client.

Children
• Picture Mosaics does not design any part of its web pages to attract anyone under age 13.
• Picture Mosaics will not knowingly accept personal information or photos from children under age 13.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
• Picture Mosaics does not rent, sell, or share personal information collected with other people or companies except under the request of our client.
• Picture Mosaics will respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
• Picture Mosaics, if necessary, will share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, suspected copyright infringement, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

Confidentiality and Security
• Picture Mosaics limits access to personal information collected to only those we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide the required products or services.
• Picture Mosaics has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect all personal information we collect.

Online Gallery
• Picture Mosaics reserves the right to post a low resolution digital version of mosaics we create to serve as examples for potential clients. We protect our clients by only allowing less than a 20% zoom factor on all online gallery posted mosaic. There are packages and options available that will disallow Picture Mosaics from posting a mosaic to the online gallery; these packages or options may be at additional cost.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
• Picture Mosaics reserves the right to update or modify this policy to further protect our clients, their information, and our company.
