Example: Philadelphia Marathon

At this particular event we provided the following services to help make this event a huge success:

Full photography service
Our photographers took photos of all the runners during the event.
Marketing and banner creation
To help visitors and runners understand the concept we created a handful and posters, banners, and marketing material.
Spot reservation and payment
To reserve a spot for your photo in the mosaic, each visit had to sign up and submit payment (cash or credit card). Along with a reserving a spot they would also receive the final mosaic 18"x24" print within 4 weeks.
Post event mosaic creation and delivery
After the Marathon was over, we extracted and analyzed the thousands of the photos that were taken ensuring that the those who reserved spots were included. A high end mosaic was created and premium prints were sent out to all those who ordered.
Post-event online interactive mosaic
To help people find there photo, an interactive mosaic was created where all visitors had to do was enter there marathon bib number.
