Q: What are the prices?
A:
All prices are listed on the purchase page. Included in the price is the mosaic design service and your first print. Price varies depending on the size you select.
Q:
Can I receive the digital file of the mosaic after it is complete?
A: Yes, the digital file (any format and resolution) may be purchased on Step 2 of the purchase page. A print (of any size) is included with each mosaic design service.
Q: What is the turn around time?
A: The turn around time is 5 to 7 business days; this is the time from when we receive your pictures to the time we ship. You may select your shipping method (ground, 3-day, overnight) during checkout. A rush design service (3-day service), may be available depending on the number of projects in our queue. The additional charge for the rush service is $75 -- please email us for the approval rush code.
Q: How many pictures should I send (digital and/or non-digital)?
A: We recommend sending us at least 80 pictures (digital, non-digital, or both). The more pictures you send, the better your mosaic will turn out. Usually, the more pictures you send the less cell colorization we have to use (however this also depends on the image source complexity -- it is better to select a simple source). Q: Are there guidelines I should follow when submitting pictures?
A: Yes, it is very important to follow the cell and source guidelines.
Q: What is my mosaic printed on and how is it shipped?
A: Your mosaic is printed on heavy weight premium Epson semi-glossy paper with UltraChrome HDR ink (we do offer other media types such as canvas). It will hold up indoors and outdoors and is rated to last more than 80 years. Your mosaic is shipped in a protective tube. We do not offer framing.
